While most of us have moved onto the next generation of gaming, there are still a lot of people still playing the original Xbox and PS2. It's not a bad thing, we forgive you for being behind the times, but unfortunately Microsoft does not. Come April 15th, all online support for original Xbox games (both via console and Xbox 360, including downloadables) will be discontinued.

Fallout 3 was a huge success. Love it or hate it, Bethesda made some serious bucks off the series revival and converted a lot of non believers to their cause. To this day, I don't think I've played any game more than I have Fallout 3. We all knew a second game was coming out since it was announced earlier. A lot of the stats we come across have to do with American numbers. Sometimes we will have PAL figures (Europe) thrown in, but for the vast majority of posts, I'm on the lookout for US sales figures because that's were most of our userbase is from (with the rest making up PAL territories). It seems with every new launch trailer I'm blown more and more away. The new BioShock 2 launch trailer is no different. If you aren't sure what a launch trailer is, it's basically the last video to be released by the studio before the game comes out. Another week, another set of releases coming at you from a multidude of developers. 2010 has started out extremely strong with all the games that waved a white flag in Q4 2009 deciding to spread their wings and test the market. Diablo 3 is a long way aways from coming out, I think it's pretty safe to say that now. Some of the other big name projects from Blizzard which should come out first aren't even near completion. Before we get Diablo 3, Starcraft 2 needs to be released and the new expansion for World of Warcraft has to come out. With that said, I wouldn't be surprised if Diablo 3 didn't see the light of day until the end of 2011. That's sad news...sad news indeed. You want to know...

Video game teaser and reveal trailers are becoming cooler and cooler. You have some that just show a couple seconds of the protagonists face (a la God of War) and then you have others that make stories out of it with real people (Halo style).
