i always do the soap and water one but iv never tried the toothpaste, will try it in a few moments or so and post back the effect ( if any )

the soap and water is good once in a while, just to refresh your games

Just tried the toothpaste and sadly no luck. I think the game is F***ED. If anyone has a scratched disc try it with that.

I'll try it. And post it like tomorrow. I doubt it would work for me either because my GTA IV cd was scratched by keys or something sharp.

sorry i didn't get a chance. I worked early in the morning to the afternoon so when I got home I just slept. Even in scrubs. I'll give it a shot hopefully tomorrow.

Anywho, I actually didn't know if it was keys or not but it was either that or inkless metal pen tip lol.

The soap and water is very handy as it cleans the disc instead of you rubbing it on your T-shirt thus making it more liable to become dirty.

Would be good if you could get your brother to clean the disc (what state is the disc in? eg scratches n that.) with toothpaste and post the outcome. As i have no scratched discs apart from 1 which is nackerd :P. chrz
