These cheats will not affect the achievements. If you enter the cheat correctly you will hear a sound. After you hear the sound just resume the game and thats it! Pause the game and at the menu enter any of the following cheat codes:

Refill Stasis
X, Y(2), X, Y

Refill Oxygen
X(2), Y(3)

+2 Nodes
Y, X(3), Y

+1,000 Credits
X(3), Y, X

+2,000 Credits
X(3), Y(2)

+5,000 Credits
X(3), Y, X, Y

+10,000 Credits
X, Y(3), X(2), Y

If you want to get all achievements, then stasis will become second nature to you.
When you play through on the hardest difficulty, use stasis then stomp as much as you can to save ammo to sell for upgrade nodes. Nodes are imperative.

Refill Oxygen and Stasis can be used all the time.

The credit and node cheats can only be used once per play through, and you'll want that money and nodes right away.

-10,000 Credits - I have Y,Y,Y,X,X,Y.
(I can't remember if this worked or not. The code I wrote down didn't have an X at the beginning, so I could be wrong.)
