street fighter iv wont go past start screen
the game is installed but when i hit start to start the game it wont go any farther. it doesnt crash or show an error it just stays on the title screen. It makes the sound like i just hit start but doesnt go anywhere and ive waited 15 minutes thinking it was just hung up.lol. and yes windows live is installed. people have said that u cant play it unless windows live is installed and it is. please help

Welcome to GamersThrone. Are you using a Retail copy of the game? Have you tried to repair the installation yet?
