A PC game is a game played on a personal computer, rather than on a video game console or arcade machine. Computer games have evolved from the simple graphics and gameplay of early titles like Spacewar!, to a wide range of more visually advanced titles.

Default Streetfighter won't start.

Hi, I have a retail copy of Streetfighter IV. I am trying to run it on an Athlon 1.9 ghz with a ATI Radio 4650 (1 gb) and 2 gb of ram. Windows XP SP2, new format.

When I try to launch the game it crashes (windows says this program has encountered problems...).

I tried running the benchmark and the same thing, it crashes.

My cpu is slightly under the speed requirements, but my video card is waay above them so I think I should be at least able to run the game.

Is there anyways I can run this game? Anyone got any tips?

You're the second person to come here asking about Street Fighter for the PC. Sounds like the game needs an insane amount of processing power. You might want to check out the official Capcom site because we are mainly console gamers here.

You said your video card is way above your cpu...are you sure your CPU can handle the video card? I once bought a video card that wasn't getting enough power and it caused games to crash constantly.

What kind of PC do you have? Can you please post the make and model, or if it's a custom PC please post the specs here. Thank you.
