well my disk drive comes out and i put the game in and then i push it in and 3 seconds later the disk tray comes out again

Hmmm that is strange. I would just find out which kind of DVD drive is in there and go on eBay and buy a replacement. Especially since Microsoft wont take it back under warranty...

my xbox is modded it has a case window and a xcm core cooler fan with built in led lights and the whole case iis blue lol i dont think they will take it and also thats what im doing its a hitachi disk drive and its like $60 on ebay
