Help With Resident Evil Director's Cut

How do I unlock that final door in the lab that says that there has to be a 1st class emergency in order for it to be opened.

I knocked Tyrant down to the ground, took Wesker's key, used the panel to open the door, went to free Jill, then went back up to the item room, restocked, climbed the stairs but the doors aren't open. Help please.

I'm reading all the walkthroughs and they all mention that Rebeca was supposed to appear in the scene where Wesker turns on you, but she never did. Is my game bugged or something??

So did you get past the Tyrant? Did you make it to the beginning of stage 6 yet?

After you knock down the Tyrant, the both of you are supposed to go up and out the door and the Triggering System is activated. This is the beginning of stage 6.

Did you make it that far yet?

That's odd.....if you grabbed Wesker's key, you should be able to open the door...are you sure you are going to the correct doors? If you have the key Wesker dropped, you should be able to run past the item box, go up the ladder and open the doors with no problem.
