Default Assassin's Creed 2 is OFFICIAL!
Ubisoft said today the game has been in development over the past two years and they promised that they learned a lesson from the first game. They said Assassin's Creed 2 will have more variety in missions and surprising and engaging new gameplay elements, diverse weapons and a profound character progression! THANK GOD!

The first game was soooo repetitive, but I'm happy they noticed that and hopefully this game is a lot better than the first because I will definitely be playing it

They better have some "Xbox live co-op" because in the first game they dont. Its still a really good game though.

HAHA You're right about that! I think they will... This game should be much better than the first (fingers crossed). Although there were many things I disliked about the first (like the repetitiveness) I still had a great time with it so I really think I will like this next one!

No official release date yet, but it will be Q4 2009.

I'm kinda worried about this one I love the first one the first time I played it, but it had no replay value for me not like GoW. I played it once beat it came back a few months later and was trying to go at as I'm going to get into big fights to help me not remember the sometimes slow pace and I couldn't get back into it I hope this one speeds up a little.
