Most Dissapointing Game of 2009

This thread is a little different from the others. In this one, you vote on the one game you were most disappointed with. Now, with stuff like this it's hard to pick just 10 because while I liked MW2, you may have been disappointed by it. Unfortunately, most people were not so that choice won't be here...I went by low Metacritic scores of 2009 or blog posts where people complained about games (like Brutal Legend and Resident Evil 5). Pick your favorite stinker of the year that people were complaining about and then talk about it below.

Terminator Salvation was garbage.

Yeah, it most definitely was. I got it from Gamefly one day and send it back within 2 days. Couldn't even get halfway through it. But, that wasn't my choice. Bionic Commando was my most disappointing game of 09. After the strong downloadable game and the fond memories of the original, you would think they would release a big budget title that didn't suck...instead we got a mid grade title with horrible controls, shitty graphics, a douchebag lead character and horrible story.

I hated Silent Hill, I was being very Patient with it. Kept saying to myself ''It will get better soon'' Did it hell!!! Gets my vote

I rented that from Gamefly but never finished it. I haven't finished a silent hill game since 2 and even skipped a few in between. I always thought of silent hill as the game where you play a normal guy in a horrifying experience. In this one, you play an Army dude. Doesn't that defeat the purpose?

I haven't played many of them but FUEL SUCKED! The game play was about advanced as excitebike without the over heating issues.


And to think I put about 10+ hours into that game, ughh it sucked!

If I'm correct does codemasters make FUEL? I love all racing games bye them, DIRT, DIRT2, GRID, RACE driver. But I havn't tried FUEL yet

I actually did try FUEL, and... It's not necessarily BAD, just... leaves to be desired.

My vote is for Brutal Legend. I was extremely hyped for this game - you say what you want about Jack Black, that guy can be funny - and I was hoping that the game would be a hilarious romp through a cheesy, "RAWK ON I'M A METAL HEAD".

The atmosphere was there, but the content was not. What started as a weak, third-person action-adventure game with downright boring combat evolved into a third-person real-time strategy game which was tedious at best. I stuck it through to the end, seeing as Jack Black's voiceover work kept me hooked, but I can never see myself touching the game ever again.

Disappointment? Most certainly.
