New Lost Planet 2 Screenshots
As announced this past Monday, Capcom is developing Lost Planet 2.

Yup, it sounds good! But why do they want you to keep your save files from the first Lost Planet? ...can you take a guess at that one too?
 ...since you've been making some good guesses lately!

Maybe so when the play the new one you can be the same level you where online when you played the original one... I dont know for sure.

Co-op against the akrid.
There is a "Top Secret Announcement from Capcom" video on the XBox Live Marketplace. It's about 8 mins long, has some Japanese guy's interview and it shows some gameplay videos. Looks absolutely fantastic!
I'm not big on multiplayer versus matches. I just don't enjoy always trying to kill other players while I always get killed. I like the recreation and comraderie of gaming. That said, the Lost Planet 2 video hints that there will be co-op against the akrid. Sounds great to me. Finally, games are coming around to realizing that some of us try to have fun and keep our blood pressure in check by playing a stupid computer and not kill stupid people. Thus we have gaming options and features such as HORDE, NAZI ZOMBIES, CO-OP CAMPAINGS, etc. I got 1000 Gs on Lost Planet, and that's one of my top gamer score games to be proud of since I found it so difficult.

I liked the variety of weapons and grenades the online modes had in lost planet.
