Default WWE Smackdown Vs Raw 2010

I just got my little brother WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2010.
I have WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2007 and the controls are basic. I feel that 2010 is more complicated and an obvious a change to 2007. I don't think there is an option in which you can manually choose which buttons corresponds with which movement.

I think they made the wrestlers skinnier than in 2007.

I like their music though. They included wrestler's theme songs as well as the default songs. A+

I love the SvR series and have been picking them up for the past couple years. I'll get this one around X-Mas most likely.

The controls aren't overhauled from last year but they have been changing. Basically, with the game you do everything with the right stick. So, walk up to someone and push the R stick towards them and you grapple them. Then you move the R stick again to do a move. You can puch with buttons and do some other moves with buttons, but for the most part EVERYTHING cool is done with the R stick. Once you know that and break the habit of using buttons, you'll do fine.

Read the manual, it's all in there. Running, I believe, you have to hold a bumper down. I haven't played in a while but the turn buckle might be pushing L towards it and pressing R up or maybe a button. I'm not sure. It's all in the manual though.

Yeah it is in the manual, sometimes I assume the buttons are they same and I hope they were when their not but still persistent to look in the manual because I don't want to forget how to play my first game.

Let me know how good the create a superstar is. I like when you can create a wrestler and then take him into a career with a story and everything. Last year didn't have the story mode for career and I was bummed out a little.

I have a gift card to Wal-Mart from something I returned and I was thinking about picking this up over the weekend. I have too much to play as it is so that's why I held off, but I will be getting it eventually. I don't like watching Wrestling (did as a kid though) but I love playing video games about it.

This Game is So good, My Friend Had gotten it the day it came out and we have been playing it non stop, But I am very dissapointed in how short the Road to Wrestlemania Story is, Even if they have another career mode.
