Arcade version comes with no hard drive and no HDMI port for hi def gaming. It's also 200 bucks. It comes with a little memory card that holds, I believe, 512 MB. I believe the newest Arcade version may have an HDMI port, but if they do, it didn't start until recently.

Pro version is the standard version that is now discontinued. It was 300 bucks and came with a 60 gig hard drive. The previous xbox model (the one you have if you bought the xbox on day 1) came with a 20. This is the upgraded base model.

The Elite model is black and comes with a 120 Gig HD. It also has an HDMI port unlike the other models. When I needed a new xbox because mine was going up, I got the Elite mainly for the HD and the HDMI port for Hi Def gaming. Component cables just can't give hi-def like HDMI can. The Elite used to be 400 bucks, but with the discontinuing of the Pro, the Elite is now 300.

Oh, and by the way...this deal is amazing. Get an Xbox 360 for 100 bucks? Think about it, you get an arcade system for 200 bucks but get 100 bucks back in a gift card. You can buy a new hard drive for 60 and have 40 bucks left over to get a game. At most, you spend 225-ish for a 360 with 60 gig hard drive and a game.
