Your opinion of Ghostbusters?

Has anyone here finished Ghostbusters yet? I just finished the game today and I'm just wondering what others think of the game overall. I personally wasn't that impressed. By far, it's the best movie-to-video-game that I have yet to play, but it wasn't awesome. I got a little bored with it to the point where I put it down and didn't touch it for almost an entire month. The ending was good though.

What do you guys think?

I liked it, but I was a Ghostbusters junkie when I was a kid. Anything ghostbusters, I owned. So being able to go along with the guys to do their missions and stuff, that was like a dream come true. The online play isn't that great, but the single player game was really enjoyable. The achievements weren't too bad either with most being "upgrade this weapon X amount of times" and "find all the collectibles", etc.

If I had to score it, I'd probably give it an 80. If I was having a bad day, maybe a 78. It was fun, but now that I finished it, I doubt I'll go back to it.

Did you get all the collectibles? Were they easy to find? I would just check your Xbox Live profile to see if you got the achievement, but I can't because I'm at work and its blocked

I was thinking about going for all the collectibles, but I just wasn't into it enough to spend the time so I decided not to.

I haven't finished it yet. Mainly cause i got kind of bored with it. Don't get me wrong, it was a good game. Just not my cup of tea.

Has anyone tried playing it on the ps2? Its like a completely different game. If anything I prefer the 360 one.

Sorry man, I missed your reply earlier. I got most of the collectibles, but not all of them. I think I missed one or two in the earlier levels. They weren't too tough to get, but if you have a guide or a website to look off it should be easy. The water achievement though, that's tough. You have to drink out of every water fountain in the game to get it.

How was the achievement for damage? I can't remember right of the top off my head exactly what it was, but there was an achievement for completing the game without doing $xxxx amount of damage. That sounded very hard!

Slightly offtopic. I played some of the PC version. I loved the presentation, in that it really did feel like playing a GB movie, but the game itself didn't hold my attention, unfortunately.

Oh yeah, there was one for doing more than a certain amount of damage and another for doing less than. I actually tried to do the one that involved a lot of damage and I still was unable to get it.
