Modern Warfare 2 is a first-person shooter video game developed by Infinity Ward and published by Activision. Officially announced on February 11, 2009, the game was released worldwide on November 10, 2009. It is the sixth installment of the Call of Duty series and the direct sequel to Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, continuing along the same storyline.

Default Any ladies playing MW2?
I知 looking to start an MW2 clan. I wanna start by looking for all ladies, but if we can稚 get enough I will look to recruit some guys, too. I知 looking for some girls who are laid back enough to have fun yet serious enough to get some wins. I知 hoping to get at least 1 or 2 other girls in a leadership position to help run practices and scrimmages against other clans as well as help set up GameBattles matches when that time comes. Another girl who was interested in joining mentioned getting some girls together to go MLG, but that all depends on who we get in. I would like to set up a couple practice days a week with a requirement of making at least 1 practice a week. Times will be arranged when we have some more members and figure out when is best for everyone. This will be a great clan for ladies who really want to do something and not just join an inactive clan.

Who I知 looking for: Ladies who know how to be serious about their gaming while still having fun.
K/D ratio: I知 looking for a 1.00 K/D minimum, but if anyone wants to join that is lower than that (I致e got some people in mind resting around 0.70) we can work together and figure something out =)

Hey welcome to Gamerthrone, i dont know how much luck you will have finding any girls here, we are kind of a small community and you may be our first female member, i could be wrong though

Good luck with your search, if you do end up excepting guys I myself would be interested and Im sure others around here would be too, hopefully this doesnt end you stay here because we are a very nice group of people who love our games, i hope you the best of luck

You're going to have trouble finding girls for a mw2 clan anywhere you go. Your best bet, if you wanted to get into an all girl clan, would be to go to xbox.com and look. There's the official all girl clan that MS supports, but I can't remember their name at the moment.

Plus, most of the people here are in a clan already. We have one for the website. So, you can talk about the clan here, just don't provide links to outside pages.

Yeah, I've been there too. It isn't really a clan. It's called the GamerChix and it's more a community. In the past I got together a pretty big ladies clan for CoD4 so it's not too hard to find the girls, it's just hard to find ones that are good :/ I'll definitely stick around. If you all know any girls who are good at MW2 and want some other ladies to play with, please direct them my way =)

surprisingly i really havent run into many female gamers and sadly the majority of them have like a wii or something else stereotypically girl gamer, not many out there playing Call of Duty but it is a nice surprise when you meet one, hope you enjoy our forums here and good luck again with your search

There's actually quite a few of us out there. On average you probably play with one every 3 to 4 games. The reason you don't realize it is that guys treat us so badly on Live that most girls don't want anyone to know they're girls, so they don't have gamertags that flag them as girls and don't talk on the mic.

i dont know why other guys would treat girls on xbl bad, why wouldnt they wanna meet a girl that can kick some ass? maybe they are worried that ass will be theres and they dont want to admit that they lost to a girl. I wish i had some girls to play with, im kinda tired of the people who think they are tough through a mic

Lol. Some guys are sexist and don't know how to speak to females. I actually met quite a few cool girls that play live when I had live. I met them while playing Smackdown vs Raw and Saints Row. Pretty cool. The other guys do speak ill of them but it's not like they were any better. Girls can play games. It just depends whether they like it or not, if they do, they'll be good. If not, they'll press 1 button the whole time (my ex-gf when we were playing street fighter) AND WIN! ahh

Yeah, it doesn't matter if we do good or bad. It's usually something like "your fat and ugly, go make me dinner" crap. Skill has nothing to do with it. I don't really care, though. I've made some great friends playing. I actually met my boyfriend on Live and we live together now. I've never hidden that I was a girl.

its a shame that girls have been turned off to xbox live, i have noticed there are actually quite a few girls playing halo 3, i dont know if the whole alternate universe attracts them compared to CoD but the halo community as a whole are nicer people then the CoD community (i guess they are a little more nerdy-again with the alternate universe thing) id love to meet a girl that could kick my ass in a game
