I just paid off my preorder this weekend, so I officially own a copy of Modern Warfare 2...Gamestop is just withholding it from me for a while

I expect you guys that have off tomorrow to keep me company on the forums in between levels in the single player. I don't want spoilers, but I want to know impressions and stuff. I'm going to have to vicariously live through each of you while I'm at work.

VA1N we will play this one together for sure! I'm the same as you... I like to beat the game on campaign mode before getting into multiplayer. I know once I start multiplayer I will be hooked and not want to spend the time on campaign so that's my main reason why I like to finish that first. Only I will play this on Veteran and 1,000GS it just like I have the others

If MW2 is anything like previous releases we wont be able to add [GT] in front of our GamerTags until leveling up a few times at least.

I get out early tomorrow and I'm off for the rest of the week. I'll let you know my impressions! I'll start a new thread for that actually.

Sounds good. How the hell did you score the rest of the week off. Damn you are lucky. I'm saving my vacation for the week of Christmas. Taking off a full week and a few days of paid vacation. Used up the rest of my paid time off with my move to the new house and a trip to AZ I took.

Well, I leave early tomorrow because I had to work Saturday. Wednesday is a Holiday so I don't need to use paid time off. I only used paid time off for Thursday and Friday. So with the Holiday it gives me 5 1/2 days straight to play! This year I've only used a handful of paid time off so far, not nearly close to the total amount I have available. So I'm taking off December 18th through January 4th haha

Oh man, that is sweet! Reilly and I moved into our new house this year so I had to take a shitload of time off then, plus we went to a wedding in Arizona. My PTO pool was hurting after that.
