Playing Modern Warfare 2

i do experience lag in some games, i think it just picks bad hosts, other games my connection is fine

anyone gunna be playing multiplayer at all today or tonight??
i really liked the single-player, not very long but a good story line. I really didnt get a full sniper mission like in CoD4, there were like 2 missions i think that started as sniper missions then turned into ball-out machine gun mission but other than that the game was great and kept me entertained

Also, the multiplayer in my opinion is very. very fun (frustrating at times but defiantly fun) i think i am around level 30 and still havent played all the maps (keep getting the same ones) the killstreaks are a little overpowered but it is harder to stay alive, and IW definatly cut down on the random grenades (i almost never get killed by them and grenades probly killed me more than bullets in CoD4) so thats nice, still getting used to the maps so as I adjust the game will get better

Campaign: 9.5
Multiplayer: 9.4

yea sorry i kinda just left, my crappy internet screwed up and disconnected me from xbox live, plus not having party chat is annoying, if your on later we can go into a game like groundwar w/ party chat

I had it in my head that warfare 2 was going to be rubbish, but i played it round my cousins house a few days ago and i was hooked . As soon as i get some cash to get it ill be down the shop immediatly.

Any Call of Duty game created by Infinity Ward is going to be a good game. They are great devs that put out quality work. Unfortunately, they share the Call of Duty name with Treyarch...who aren't exactly "bad", they're just not as good.

Lag is in my opinion better now then it was I was lagging every Game almost in COD4 not its rare. I also love that they fixed the host jumping ship. Don't know if you have had it happen but when a host quits it will pause the match find a new host then unpause it its great. I love the enovations in MP the killstreaks are fun and the way to set up weapons is great being able to use Bling and have two attachments is a god sent. The urban maps are great almost every building is open for you to use making camping almost imposible. I hated random grenades too, I think the reason you don't see it is there are so many other options than frags. Throwing knives, sticky grenades (my fav), Reboot batoon or whateverits called. etc.

My favorite map so far is the airport one. I've got that one down pat. The one I do not like is the snow one (can't remember the name).

Theres two with snow Derail and A submarine one Derail is huge and alot of places to hid and the sub dock one is small and fast

I love both the Snow levels!

I forget what it's called, but there is a perk that allows you to choose the spot where you re-spawn after you're killed - this is an awesome perk to use while playing Headquarters because you can drop the perk right near the capture point so if you get killed you and your teammates will re-spawn right next to the capture point! That gives you a nice advantage when trying to cap or destroy a HQ.

I haven't tried it yet, but this same perk would probably work well with Capture the Flag also.

im getting so jealous reading about all you playing modern warfare 2 i might just go out and ask them if i can pay the shop a few weeks later
