this game is awesome. i played it last weekend at my boys house but he didnt have this dlc i dont think

WOW a lot of people are really upset that they need to pay for this DLC. The total file size for RE5 Versus Mode is only 1.86MB.

So basically, the Versus Mode content is already on the disc when you bought it and by purchasing the Versus Mode DLC all you're doing is just unlocking the hidden content on the disc! Nice one... @ssh0l3s!

So Capcom executive Christian Svensson came out today and said:

Keys are 100K or less. It is not a key. We have said in the past, it uses assets from the disc (like levels, models, audio, etc.) but the code is new and does not exist on the disc.

So basically what I think he is pretty much saying is, "you didnt download a key, you downloaded a code that makes use of the assets already on the disc"
