the base of the "Statue" is made of rice, I can see that. Looks like the circles around the drill is seaweed. Hands and feet look like some kind of meat product (yuck!) and the background looks like lettuce or (if in Japan) possibly wasabi. THe body sort of looks like aging fruit or something too. I wouldn't eat this is someone paid me too.
