New Halo 3: ODST Theme - Free

If you're a Halo fan (and if you own a 360, the odds are in favor of you being one) then you should know that there is a new premium theme on the 360 for you to download...and it's completely free. To celebrate the release of Halo: ODST, Bungie have released the following theme free of charge for all Gold members of Xbox live. Look for it in the download list of either themes or Halo 3: ODST.

Haha, no, not for this one. This one is completely free for, at the very least, the next couple days. After that, I'm not sure if they are charging.

The game is really good. I like it. But if you're not a big Halo fan, I'd skip it. I'm about halfway through because I'm rationing the game. The single player is only about 5-8 hours depending on how you play. If you blow through the game on easy, 5 hours. If you up the difficulty, 7-8.

The story, in my opinion, is better than Halo 2 and 3 put together. It's got a more human feel to it. You are alone in a city at night with hostiles literally around every corner at some points and no humans in sight. Absolutely no humans in sight. You can almost feel the characters loneliness and desperation at times. It's awesome atmosphere.

The only gripe I have about the game...the firefight mode. If you don't have a bunch of friends on your friends list who also have the game, then you can't play it. For whatever reason, Bungie left out Matchmaking on firefight. None of my friends have the game so I haven't been able to play it. I think that is a horrible design choice.

Another reason to get the game, if you ever wanted to get into Halo multiplayer. It contains every piece of DLC ever released...which is nice.

Im a big halo fan and i think the game sucks. No flood, no 4+ multiplayer, and glitches that can screw up the whole campaign. But it's an extention to Halo 3 so.... yea.
