No Party Chat in Modern Warfare 2?

yea I understand the people who get them early my only confusion is, this happens w/ every new game, crappy footage is released from ppl w/ the game illegally, im just wondering how the game didnt fall into the hands of someone with a good way to capture it. Just luck maybe i dont kno, maybe the people are trying to show us small pieces but not the whole surprise so they purposely make it crappy, i dont kno

JP was correct. The reason the videos are shitty quality are because it's the fans who are getting it. No fan is going to get an HD capture card...they really don't have any use for it. The only people who NEED an HD capture card are people who run video game sites or people who run computer sites. And if you run a video game site, you are under an embargo to not talk about the game until the embargo is up (which Call of Duty wasn't at the time) The fans who get the game early either get it illegally or they get it legally (broken street date). They get so excited and start playing and see something so freaking cool they want to post it. They do it the only way they know how, camera phones, video recorders pointed at the tv, etc. Then they upload it to youtube...where it lasts about a half day and then it's taken down.

Another reason they may not want to have the most detailed shot is there gamertag might be shown. If they have the copy illegally or have the embargo on it they could be banned from XBL or sued. So it would be there best interest to have low quality that shows what they want you to see.
