Over the weekend, a video posted on youtube gained a lot of steam through all of the major channels. I'm going to post it below (while it's still available) but before you watch it, I'll explain the background. Some dude on Xbox Live took this video of an Xbox Moderator named "The Pro." According to this XBox Live Gamer, The Pro (with clan tag [XBOX]) came into their Modern Warfare 2 game and began suspending players for doing nothing out of the ordinary. He said that people would laugh at him and get suspensions. Before you watch the video, you need to know a few things.
The video is real, but adjusted. For instance, the guy in the beginning said "my video capture is bad because I didn't expect a mod to come in." Bullshit. If you have a vid capture card, it rolls and you get video and sound. This video has been adjusted to remove out all the wrong doings of the Xbox Players and instead leave only the moderators rebuttals. Notice that the mod seems to talk about stuff that no one is talking about, that's because the person who made this video removed any wrongdoing on their parts.
The person who is hosting this video on youtube is a modder. He claims he didn't upload the video, but the other videos on his account are of mods on Modern Warfare 2. One video shows how to prestige in one sitting. He bitches about how he was banned from Xbox Live, but can you blame Microsoft? He is a modder...he broke the terms of service agreement and he was banned. End of story.
Xbox is aware of this and have responded, which I'll include after the video.

Stephen Toulouse, Xbox Live's resident security captain, had the following to say about the video...

“I did enjoy the the explanation about the audio being totally off/1 sided cause his “capture card went crazy” when its clear it was edited.”
“While I will speak to him about his tone, the audio is clearly recut to omit the threats and Terms of Use violations the others were saying to him.”
“We try to do our job protecting the service dispassionately." (referring to the tone of voice of The Pro)
So, there you have it. When I first saw it at 5:45AM this morning, I thought to myself, "Wow, that mod was a jerk." But as I began to wake up and really look at the video, I saw that it wasn't exactly correct and that there was some tomfoolery afoot. What do you guys think? The internet, well the gaming section of it, is abuzz with talks pertaining to this issue.

Found the actual unedited version of what the moderator was hearing.
Yeah you can tell its edited every time a person is talking and it may be something that they don't want you to here you can see there mic turn on but no sound. Not only that but it skips alot of game play.
OK so he is a modder or an acutal moderator? A moderator, right?
Both. The dude, The Pro, is a moderator for Microsoft. The kids in the room are modders and they are using an illegal mod for MW2 that lets you prestige really fast. That's why he is there.
Also, I just added a video up top of what was being cut out of the conversation.
I'm guessing this was going on for a while so I could see why he would get upset. But I would have loved it just to be "Hey guess what?" modder responds "What" then he is never seen again.
If you guys really want to see how much this planned back fired on this "Lupo" person...read the tweet on the following page. This is making its rounds across the internet.
The guy already deleted his twitter account. I guarantee he's scared stiff right now and won't be causing a stir on Xbox again.
Also, if you check the main site of the twitter page, it looks like they added his phone number because he started shit with them. Wow, this is borderline crazy.
See this is where I draw the line. You don't peoples stuff up for everyone to see. If they want to thats different. I mean for no other reason then they didn't like what somebody did/said you give out there full info should have put his SS# up to.
