Yeah, I said it. Mass Effect is the best game I have ever played. I just finished it (I've been putting off finishing it for a while now since it was so good I didn't want it to end) and it brought a tear to my eye. If you played the first game and then play Mass Effect 2, you are going to feel like you are part of the game. I kid you not. I have grown so fond of these characters and the new ones are just amazing.
Depending on how you play the game, you could lose half your crew at the end of the game. You need to take the time to make them loyal and if you do, they will survive (depending you make the right choices at end game). I almost lost one crew member but he pulled through in the end I was able to keep all of my crew alive. In some cases though, the main character, Commander Shepard can die. I think that's if you are renegade (bad). I got all but 4 achievements in my first playthrough of the game. 2 were bad planning, 1 was because I missed a gun upgrade, and the other is because I need to play over on Insanity. If you guys are going to play ME2, do yourself a favor and play the first game. I assure you, it will pay off. I can't believe a video game of this caliber was created. It is the best yet and I can't wait for part 3. Ok, there's my rant. If you're snowed in this weekend like I am (we have 23+ inches right now and it's not supposed to stop until 10pm tonight with totals being around 30 inches) but the game on the marketplace and experience gaming at it's finest! |

Oh man! I definitely can't wait to play it...
![]() There's nothing better than staying inside and playing video games all day long while you're snowed in. Fortunately though, that storm didn't hit us in CT. But now they're saying we are going to get some snow tomorrow. They're saying 6 to 12 inches starting at midnight today, but I doubt it'll happen. If we do get a lot of snow and I don't have work tomorrow, you'll see me on LIVE all day haha |

That's pretty much been my life. Today was the first day I was out for more than an hour. I picked up BioShock 2 (amazing!) and Dante's Inferno (really really good) last night and haven't put them down yet. Just got Dark Void from Gamefly too so I have a lot to keep me busy. So far the second storm has dumped about 3 inches on us in 5 hours...guessing the other 15 inches will be here by noon tomorrow. I hate snow so much. When you have almost 3 feet of snow in your backyard already...what's another foot and a half?
